The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing customer service support to individuals who are enrolling in and paying for health insurance, through the District’s Exchange, through Medicaid and private health insurance, small business (SHOP) health insurance eligibility, enrollment, and related assistance using the new District of Columbia Access System (DCAS). The CSR will provide services through multiple channels of communication: telephone, web chat and email, and written correspondence.
